Whether you know absolutely nothing about personal computers or you are just looking to brush up a few skills, individualized
computer instruction can provide the help you need. For many years people have learned to play instruments. sing, dance, and
act through one on one lessons however, due to the high costs of qualified teachers, personal computer instruction has been
available only in a classroom environment. We want to make things easier for you to learn what you want to learn and get
that individual attention that is needed in order to learn what you want to learn. Below are a few of the sample questions
we commonly hear from people that would like to know more about how we can help and about our business.
1). How are the sessions conducted ??
The sessions are conducted one on One in the clients home on their computer. Each lesson lasts on the average of 2 hrs.
You decide what you feel you want to learn. These sessions can last anywhere from 1 session to 12 sessions or more !
2). How does this differ from classroom instruction ?
We cover topics to the level of detail that you desire, spending as much time as necessary on areas that you find interesting
or confusing. You will learn at your own pace not that of the instructors. There is no wasted time covering subjects that
are not in your particular area of interest.
3). How do I pay ?
Payment is required at the time of service. We do not have a money back guarantee. All fees are due at time of session.
We accept Money Orders or CHECKS. We do not take Credit cards or Debit Cards. Cash would be accepted on an approval basis.

4). Do you do product photography ?
We are not professional photographers however, we would be glad to come out to take digital photos of products you may
have for a website. We offer to the client these photos in .jpg format and will transfer them onto disk for the client to
keep. This is charged on an hourly basis.
5). Who should take our tutoring sessions ?
Business owners, entrepreneurs, managers, students, or anyone who needs to use personal computers and wants to understand
them better. Also the home owner who wishes to use the Computer/Internet as a computer tool in communications around the world.
6). What are the qualifications of the Instructor ?
Robert Parker is the founder of CyberStruct Internet Tutoring Service and is the primary instructor. Robert has had almost
10 yrs in the computer industry working with an ISP in the Philadelphia market as a Web Master and had worked in the web industry
selling websites / Marketing solutions.
